We roast our coffee in-house here in Bozeman, Montana, using organic Guatemalan, specialty-grade beans that are carefully selected and expertly developed to bring out flavors that are rich, nuanced, and surprisingly smooth.

What Makes Our Coffee Different

Organic, Specialty-Grade Beans We start with the best. Every bean is organic and selected for quality from trusted from Guatemalan growers. These are beans cultivated in healthier soil and harvested with care.

How We Roast — In Bozeman
Roasting coffee is both science and craft.
Our process begins with careful sourcing. We choose beans with strong traceability — we know where they came from, how they were grown, and how they were processed. Once they arrive in Bozeman, our roast master works to unlock each lot’s unique potential. Rather than push beans to dark, high-oil profiles, we focus on balance and nuance:
